Hi! My name’s Pitterpat. I’m a cat and I also write picture books. You probably already know that. But what you may not know is that every day before I crouch down to write, I do my stretching exercises. This keeps kinks out of my tail, limbers up my flexible spine, and helps me stay healthy so that if I fall off my computer chair while I’m typing, I always land on my feet!
I also do writing exercises, too! These exercises help me strengthen my writing skills, hone my craft, and improve my manuscripts. Here are some exercises I like to incorporate into my writing routine either alone or with my Catatonic Exercise Group. Click on the links and try them out for size!
